The steel structure of this project which is erected by bolt & nut system is approximately 5000 tons with 32 floors and 63/000 Square meter foundation area.
Due to its exclusive location near to Chitgar lake and also the unique façade in north corner of the lake it leads to nail high level of quality , accuracy and erection rate.
