In National Project of Mehr e Mandegar of Tehran- Tabriz Railroad Tunnel, in consideration of the 20- kilometer length of the one- way walls of the tunnel (in CUT AND COVER METHOD of Tunnel Construction), BFS Industrial Group succeeded to design, manufacture and erect 4 Upright One- way Tunnel Wall Lining Formwork Systems with the height of 7.6 m and the length of 12.6 m in each part of concrete work on a fluid basis (with bearer chassis) in the mouth/ opening with the width of 11.1 m. Each formwork in this project, in consideration of the simplicity of application in design of this formwork and high speed of fixation of the same, had an efficiency of implementation of each part in 24 hours, as the length of 12.6 m for each formwork instrument, which was registered in this project, as a record, in comparison with two to three weeks period of similar implementation in 12.6 m length by the application of modular system formworks.
