FAQs from Candidates
1. What kind of professionals is Care66 currently looking for?
We are looking for medical nurses, especially registered caregivers. You can find current job offers here .
2. Is there a minimum work experience requirement to participate in the Care66 program?
No, there is no minimum requirement for relevant work experience to qualify for our program.
3. How does the process of recognition of the foreign vocational qualification work and how long does it take?
In the recognition of foreign professional qualifications, the competent authorities of the country of destination will check the educational content and work experience of each professional to determine whether it is equivalent to domestic training. The Care66 team helps all candidates in this process. The processing time is different between the local authorities.
4. How long does it take to sign the employment contract until I can start my job abroad?
The period from contract signature to entry into the destination country depends on how long it takes to acquire the necessary professional recognition, work permit and visa. In addition, the German skills of the candidate play a major role – in Germany, for example, a language certificate level B2 is necessary to work as a caregiver.
For applicants outside the EU, the time to leave may be up to ten months.
5. What happens after my contract with the employer expires?
We encourage our candidates to stay in contact with us even after they have started working in the destination country. In this way, we can show the candidates new opportunities later – at the same or other employer. In Germany, however, employers are usually seeking contract extensions due to the growing shortage of skilled workers.
6. If I’m interested in joining Care66, what do I have to do next?
Do you live outside of the EU, then please along here to application and registration . We will get back to you immediately. You can find current job offers here,
