This multipurpose complex with business, trading, cultural, and restaurant uses is located in Shariati Street after Sadr Bridge, in a 6/210 Square metre land. It has 17 floors of which 7 of them are lower grounds and the total size of the complex is 62/600 Square metre. In order to operate the retaining walls of this complex BFS-Zigma formwork system was designed one-sided with a height of 3/30 metre which was used by BFS Dubai Office. Also BFS-Flex ceiling system was designed and delivered for operating flat slabs in this project by BFS Dubai Office in which it considerably helped the pace of the project and the quality of the exposed concrete surfaces in the retaining walls and the ceilings.
